You’ve got to realize that the skin on your face is thinner than on most other body parts…right? So it needs different attention than your other body parts.
The other thing you need to remember is that as a guy, you sweat differently and more profusely than a woman. You work out? Then you probably sweat even more! The thing is, that as you sweat, you release natural oils and toxins from inside your body. Those same oils and toxins can clog your pores and cause major breakouts. By toxins, I mean anything that you put in your mouth usually will re-live itself on the surface of your skin. We’ve all seen young athletes who constantly have sweaty hair hanging in their face and touching their forehead…they are living proof.
I’m going to keep this really simple. I will offer 3 suggestions, that are affordable…easy to get your hands on…and will leave your skin feeling refreshed, clean and camera ready. Clean being the most important.
NIVEA: The effective cleansing gel formula with Vitamin E and Menthol deeply cleans the skin by removing all dirt and excess oils and helps to unclog pores without drying out the skin.
L’OREAL MEN EXPERT: Hydra-Energetic Turbo Cleanser is a powerful cleanser that not only washes away dullness and helps sooth irritation, but also energizes and moisturizes skin every morning and evening. This unique cleanser proactively defends skin against stress, which left untreated, could lead to signs of aging and dull-looking skin.
JACK BLACK: This dual-purpose 2-in-1 liquid cleanser and toner removes deep-down dirt and oil, for clear, smooth, shave-ready skin. Works gently, without over-drying, to leave your complexion clean, hydrated and fresh. Using a blend of naturally derived, sulfate-free surfactants and certified organic ingredients, this PureScience® formula locks in nature’s best to please even the most sensitive skin. Fragrance-free. Oil-free. Paraben-free. Sulfate-free. Dermatologist tested. Vegan.
