Did you know that the link between cancer and your waistline is only centimeters away? According to the new Australian research there is a direct link between your waistline measurements and prone to cancer.
Study shows that the waist measurement of over 100cm for men and over 85cm for women can increase the risk of cancer. This includes breast, bowel and aggressive prostate cancers. The 20 year old study developed a commercial that sends warning to the public of the risk of being overweight or obese.

Trim the Fat
Limit your fat intake to about 20-35% only from your daily calories. Study proves that a person who eats more 40% of fat from his daily calories is prone to pancreatic cancer. More fat the greater risk of cancer.
Go for Yolk
The yolk or the yellow stuff in egg may be cancer protective. The egg yolk is rich in choline which can lower breast cancer risk.
Hail a Cabbage
A cup of cabbage contains 22 calorie which is composed of sulforaphane, this is a type of chemical that increases your body production of enzymes that protect your cells from damaging.
Be Like Popeye
Green leafy vegetables such as spinach is rich in folate, it may help repair DNA. This may also lessen the risk of skin cancer and tumors.
Bite a Blackberry
Blackberry contains anthocyanins, it is a powerful antioxidants that fight various forms of cancer.
