Study shows that the waist measurement of over 100cm for men and over 85cm for women can increase the risk of cancer. This includes breast, bowel and aggressive prostate cancers. The 20 year old study developed a commercial that sends warning to the public of the risk of being overweight or obese.

Trim the Fat

A cup of cabbage contains 22 calorie which is composed of sulforaphane, this is a type of chemical that increases your body production of enzymes that protect your cells from damaging.
