If you're Selena Gomez, then you'll probably find this sexy. It's a total toss-up otherwise, since it looks a lot more predator-ish when it's transcribed. When Bieber was on the radio with Ryan Seacrest, though, he was just joking around.

"I wanted to do a fragrance for women because I wanted to be smelling the girls' necks," Justin told Ryan on the show. "I think it's better than doing it for other guys at this point. I'm looking for a fragrance I'm going to like on a woman."

If you were looking for top notes and the like, you're not going to be happy... Justin didn't explain what went into his new fragrance, merely saying that it was "good." Eh, wait until the official press release?

I will give Justin some points for designing a scent that's on the softer side, although it would behoove him to get more technical info on the product. Who am I kidding? He knows that he's selling to a bunch of squealing girlies who want to spritz it all over before his concert, just in case they meet him and he wants to smell their neck. Swoon? I still think it sounds creepy.

Would you buy Bieber's scent for yourself or someone else when the only description you have is that it "just smells good"?
