It’s looking like one of Hollywood’s most enduring marriages is falling apart.

There have been whispers of Antonio Banderas cheating on Melanie Griffith for years, but now it’s looking like the Working Girl may have had enough.

In April, Banderas was in the midst of Cancun Spring Break and making the most of it. The 51-year-old Spaniard indulged in tequila shots and was caught on film nuzzling a Melanie lookalike (OK younger version) –and then leaving with her.

“Melanie’s a mess,” a friend told Perez Hilton of the “Hot Flashes” star. “Not only is she in jeopardy of losing the love of her life, but her career is in the toilet while Antonio’s star is continuing to rise.”

We wouldn’t necessarily agree with that. Banderas’ biggest movie recently was “Puss in Boots,” and only his voice was featured.

He did have some pretty good wine (Anta Banderas) to show off when he was here for the SoBe Wine & Food Fest, sans wife, in February.

Still, we just hope Melanie, who was seen out and about without her wedding ring of 15 years, doesn’t end up in rehab again.

The couple met and fell in love in Miami while filming 1995’s “Two Much.”
