Guns N’ Roses have proved to be the hottest thing in music right now at least with their earning potential. Guns N’ Roses 9-week North American tour featuring Axl Rose, Duff McKagan and Slash brought in a whopping $117million dollars this summer.

The Not In This Lifetime tour featured the reunited team including front man Axl Rose, guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan.

The trio’s first shows together since 1993 came in April when they played the Troubador in Los Angeles. They followed that with two sold out shows in Las Vegas and had ticket sales that totalled $6.2m based on 28,849 sales.

In New York though, Guns N’ Roses had the top box office tallies, with sales hitting the $11.6m mark at MetLife Stadium from the 1000,177 fans who attended two shows.

Guns N’ Roses will take the tour to South America in October and November, before flying to Japan and Australia in early 2017.
