The Fray is a rock bandfrom Denver that was formed in 2002 by schoolmates Issac Slade and Joe King. Initially the band mainly played in Denver churches and Christian schools where the band mates went to school. Slade, 24, and guitarist Joe King, 25, were several years ahead of drummer Ben Wysocki, 21, at Faith Christian Academy. Wysocki and guitarist David Welsh, 21, played in the same worship band. Somehow super producer Timbaland (Whose worked with Justin Timberlake and Missy Elliot among others)
The Fray collaboration with Timbaland on his album, in early 2010 got them on a huge roll.
The Fray's third album, Scars And Stories, will be released on February 7, 2012, and was produced by Brenden O'Brien whose worked with Pearl Jam, Rage Against The Machine and Bruce Springsteen.
