I was at a bar in Miami and the bartender was one of those people that travels around the world and works as a bartender for six months wherever he goes then saves enough money to move somewhere else. The guy was a modern day nomad except that he would go to really chic places around the world. So I asked him where was the best place he'd ever been and he told me about Como Shambhala.

Its a a luxury health and yoga resort in Bali. Yeah you think that sounds amazing, wait until you hear the rest.

They have nutritional gourmet menus. They do like 20 different types of massage, colon hydrotherapy, mud baths, yogurt baths, facials, and lots of yoga. They have teachers that are some of the best in the world. They bring in the teacher internationally, making it a leader in yoga retreats. They also have Pilates machines, tennis courts and rock climbing. You can take history tours they arrange that show Bali’s Hindu culture, or county landscape.
They have mountain biking, whitewater rafting, guided walks and treks through the wildest regions of Bali's hills, or ride 4WD.  

Interestingly, they also have private psychological classes if you want them with a psychologist.

These are private counselling consultations where you do something called Energy Psychology a new technique that combines Eastern approaches to the mind and body with Western psychology and psychotherapy ideas.  The combination of tapping on acupuncture points whilst thinking of the stressful issue is also utilized.  Change is facilitated by focusing on your strengths and abilities, having a clear focus and setting realistic goals.
