Hypeach, the Southern Californian brand by Marlo and Brian Hovis made a splash with their first collection at Miami Swim Week. The husband and wife team are no strangers to the retailing world. Brian was a global marketing director for Nordstroms before deciding to start a line with his wife at the creative helm. Their goal is to make affordable stylish clothes that are distinctly Californian in aesthetic. They brought a fun and flashy collection of swim and summer ready to wear that was perfect for the vibrant Gen Z crowd. Everything about their show was hopeful and happy; the color schemes, the music and the various styles themselves were bright and fun. The collection hit a high note with metallic leopard one piece suits and cheetah jumpsuits, pink lace one pieces and ofcourse sexy bikinis. All of the looks in their show are now available directly on their website. The well known model Joy Corrigan, who is the de facto face off their line, walked the runway for the opening and closing looks.
