Prada will soon be making their official return to in-person runways, making up for the last year by doubling up on shows.
The luxury brand will unveil their Spring 2022 women’s collection with two live runway shows happening simultaneously in both Milan and Shanghai. The collection, designed by creative directors Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons, will be unveiled on September 24 at 3PM in Milan and 9PM in Shanghai. The shows will be livestreamed on Prada’s website.
In a brief statement, Prada described the event as “a celebration of the unique experience of the runway, and the power of technology to transcend borders, to unite. A celebration of fashion and of community.” After presenting two of their collections in a video format last year, the brand is finally making their return to physical format along with many other luxury fashion houses.

Prada has dubbed the event “Synchronic Views” to match the idea of their unique dual-runway experience.
