Is 50 the new 30? Maybe.   Kathy Jacobs has made her SI Swimsuit debut at 56. Despite working in the ‘80s with prestigious New York agency Ford Models, Jacobs has spent a majority of her career in baking as well as building her line of anti-aging skincare products, but she always wanted to be a
