There are several water bikes that have been coming out on the market over the last few years.
This one is by far our favorite.
The X1 water bike was created by Judah Schiller. It was so that he could ride in his home town of San Francisco across the bay. It is a true bike with handlebars, saddles, cranks, pedals, but it also has aquatic-friendly features like propellers and dual-chamber pontoons, the X1 offers riders the chance to take spin class to the open water. Depending on the rider’s ability, the bike can reach a speed of about 10 mph. It’s also easily transportable (on land), the lightweight frame and inflatable pontoons can be put together in about 10 minutes.
You can pick one up for $6,500.
